Where Bequesta Started
Bequesta began from a straightforward observation: many Bangkok families have accumulated years of important paperwork — property deeds, insurance certificates, family records — and yet when the moment comes to find or share those documents, the process is far harder than it should be.
Our founder, after helping her own family navigate a disorganised collection of documents during a difficult period, saw an opening for a calm, structured approach to estate organisation that did not rely on legal or financial services. The focus would be purely practical: getting the right papers into the right folders, writing down wishes clearly, and making sure that the people who needed to know where things were could actually find them.
Bequesta opened its Chatuchak office in 2021. Since then, we have worked with families from across Bangkok, helping them turn paper piles into ordered archives and scattered contact lists into clear, usable reference documents.
Our Mission
Clear Records, Less Uncertainty
Our mission is to give individuals and families the tools and support to put their personal records in good order — at their own pace, without pressure, and without needing to bring in lawyers or accountants to get started.
We focus on three areas: structured workshops that help people gather and write down their own wishes, careful digitization of existing paper documents, and hands-on support building personal inventories that stay current.
Everything we do is informational and organisational. We do not provide legal, financial, or health advice. That clarity is intentional — it keeps our work focused, and it keeps trust straightforward.

All personal papers handled by Bequesta are treated with strict discretion. We do not share, copy, or retain client documents after a project is complete.

Every archive and inventory we produce follows the same clear folder and file-naming structure so you and your family can find things without needing to ask us.
Scope Clarity
We are clear about what we do and do not do. Bequesta provides organisational support only — not legal, financial, or notarial services of any kind.

We do not push clients to move faster than they want to. The process runs at the pace that suits your household, with no pressure to commit to more than makes sense.
Secure Handling During Projects
During scanning and archiving sessions, originals are kept at the client's location or returned the same day. No documents travel off-site without explicit written agreement.

All formats and templates we create are designed to be updated by you without our involvement — so your records stay current without ongoing reliance on Bequesta.

Estate organisation is not a complicated field, but it is one that touches on personal and sometimes sensitive parts of a person's life. At Bequesta, we approach each engagement with straightforwardness and respect — not as an administrative exercise, but as a genuine service to families who want their paperwork to reflect the care they've put into building their lives.
We believe that getting records in order should not require a crisis to prompt it. The families we work with come to us while things are settled — while there is time to be methodical, to ask questions, and to build an archive that actually makes sense to everyone who might one day need to use it.
Our workshops are built around practical knowledge about how people actually keep records — in envelopes, in folders, on phones, in email threads. We do not assume any particular level of organisational experience. We meet people where they are and help them build something they can maintain.
Bequesta operates out of Chatuchak, Bangkok, and serves families across the city. We work in English and can accommodate mixed-language households with advance notice. Our pricing is fixed and transparent, with no additional charges introduced after an engagement begins.
